Hot One Recordz was founded in 1995 by its owner, Bigg Craze. Originally Sacramento-based, Hot One Recordz has earned the reputation of being a strong player in the area, and has expanded to include the rest of the country, as well as overseas.
After its founding, the next few years saw a string of album successes and attracted numerous artists, including YT, Killa Trey, Skee 64, Dray Loc, Stackz, Hogg, E Blaze, and its newest artist, the talented Toni Monroe.
